These are the convictions that decide what we will and will not build — and why the work looks different from a typical software resale.
01 Implementation Beats Information Every owner has heard the marketing pitch. Most do not need another tool list — they need someone to actually wire the tools together, train the team, and watch the numbers. We do that work, then we leave you with systems that actually run.
02 Owner-Operated Is The Lens We build for shops with 1 to 15 people, where the owner still answers calls some weeks and missing one of those calls actually hurts. Enterprise CRMs are not built for that reality. We are.
03 Voice Beats Forms Your customers call. They do not always fill out forms, do not always wait for an email, do not always read the chatbot. The phone is still where the deal happens — and a phone that never goes unanswered is a competitive moat.

Stellaris Ridge was started by Carl Treppish — a Microsoft infrastructure veteran who spent two decades building the systems that quietly run the businesses you have heard of. After watching owner-operated shops drown in disconnected tools, missed calls, and CRMs nobody opens, he set out to bring real infrastructure thinking to local businesses. He still builds the systems today, from Wisconsin.
Day to day the business is run by his son Jarod Treppish out of Tuscaloosa — the clients, the calls, the relationships. The name is the lens: Stellaris for the night sky over Random Lake, Wisconsin where the company was first sketched; Ridge for the Alabama hills where it now operates. The work is the same in either place — find the leaks, build the systems, watch the numbers move.
